Being goatherd in the 4th generation, Juan is not only dedicating to this, because of his vocation. Sadly, this enchanting creature is facing extinction. By participating in this workshop, you’re not only treating yourself to a cheese-making adventure, but also supporting Juan’s heartfelt mission to protect these goats and ensure their legacy lives on. Have you ever milked a goat? This is your chance to shine and learn first-hand how to do it right.
Part of the route is outdoors and the terrain is somewhat steep, it is preferable to wear secure and closed shoes.
The cheese that you will take home is fresh, and needs to be kept cold. If you are not going to get home during the 2 hours following the end of the activity, it is advisable to bring a cooler.
